Dani is strong believer in strength training for women, not just for the psychical benefits but for the life changing impact it can have for women. Her wish is to see women feeling confident, empowered and strong not just in the gym but all areas of their lives. Dani believes the development of strength is directly correlated to a women’s ability to posses these characteristics across all areas.
A busy mum of two small boys, Dani understand the demands placed on every day women and the need for them to create the time and space to give back to themselves.
After completing her personal training course and Certificate IV in Fitness, Dani has further her skills to become a certified Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach. With a outcome driven approach to coaching, Dani is a strong advocate for teaching women to lift safely and with correct technique to ensure training longevity, while celebrating all the wins along the way.
